The truck was sold to me by John Gould, who had a wealth of knowledge on all of the vehicles and was very reasonable in discussing costs and options. Overall John and the rest of Herb Connolly had more of a personal feel and less of a robotic dealership vibe where some treat you like objects rather than people. I am very happy with the service and my new truck and I look forward to working with John and the rest of them again in the future. Highly recommended. More

Here at Herb Connolly Chevrolet I have found the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford with the help of Ricardo Shands!!! He made me feel comfortable with his great sense of humor. As a female, I was not hounded or smooth talked into a deal I didn't want. He laid all of the information on the table and made sure I understood EVERYTHING he said. The whole time he kept a POSITIVE vibe because I was worried I would not be approved for a vehicle. I have no complaints with the dealership, Ricardo, nor the financial advisor.
