Bait and Switch Twice now we have made a same day apt. to test drive a truck (2 diff. times 1 year apart) were told vehicle was there available. Show up and both times sold, they will tell you well we sell quick, BS they knew the vehicle was sold and wanted you on the lot. If they sold that quick there wouldn't be all those vehicles on their lots.Both times vehicle was still listed as available on website days later. So they mislead you with their website also so they can "show you how fast they move vehicles", yeah it's called bait and switch or a version there of. So just be aware of it if you go there that you are prob. wasting your time. As for all these great review I would be very suspicious of their source. No more for me, had this done at this dealership and also two toyota dealerships. I will stick to the non brand affiliated dealerships, usually a lot more honest, no annoying salesperson on the test drive (last genius wanted to show me how blinkers worked like I had never been in a car before. Excellent Service I have been leasing my vehicle from Herb Connolly Chevrolet for a year now. When I called to schedule regular service I was given a number of convenie I have been leasing my vehicle from Herb Connolly Chevrolet for a year now. When I called to schedule regular service I was given a number of convenient drop off times for the same day. I was also informed on the phone that there were 2 existing recalls on my truck and those were taken care of as well. Along with free oil changes, they also washed the vehicle's exterior and even vacuumed the floors and dusted the dash. Joe at the service desk was inviting and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend doing business with Herb Connolly Chevrolet as I plan on doing so for years to come. More
