The purchase of my new Tahoe was a great experience. I stopped by to see the new RST Tahoe at the dealership. I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. But after a test drive and talking to John I kne I stopped by to see the new RST Tahoe at the dealership. I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. But after a test drive and talking to John I knew I had to have the new Tahoe. John helped me 3 years ago with my other Tahoe and I knew he would treat my fairly. The sales manager work with me and gave me a fair offer for my trade and the rest is history. John kept in touch with the whole process. He introduced me to the financial manager who made the transaction super easy. John called me and let me know the truck was ready for pickup the next day. John took his time to go over the new truck. He showed me the new features this truck had compared to my old one. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the professionalism of everyone at the dealership. More

After doing some homework, checking out the vehicle (which graciously they left unlocked in the lot so that I could inspect it myself in peace--- don't underestimate how big of a role this played in my decision!), I decided to buy it. I took my husband to the dealership for a test drive. Franger Baez was our salesman, and he was terrific. He was fun, courteous, knowledgeable, low key. And a very nice man. He took myself and my husband separately out for a drive (it's a 2 seater), spent as much time with us as we needed. The sales manager & Franger, and I haggled a little bit. Ultimately and quickly they agreed to sell the van at there advertised price (which included discounts we did not actually qualify for, but they sold it for that regardless). I am so far very pleased with this dealership. They were fast, professional, and very responsive. I would happily give Franger my business again! More

Service John in service is always great to work with. He takes the time to explain things to me and that is why I continue to trust coming for service. John should train your other service people as they are not nearly as professional. You never hear John complain or argue, he always keeps his cool and is respectful. The service manager is also very nice to work with and it makes a difference when you feel listened to. So far, I have proved my husband wrong about taking my car to a dealership, all has been positive with John! My last visit was a 30k mile service that John talked to me about at my prior visit. He informs me and presents things in a beneficial way, keeps me involved in decision making, great customer service! My vehicle appears to be in great shape and I’m happy to have a trust worthy ride:) More
