Buying a new car can be fun, but buying a used car can be a real headache. A headache I really didn't feel like going through. That day in no time I test drove 3 cars. Claudio basically listened to my needs as we went for 3 rides together During the 3 rides he felt more like a friend than a salesperson. He listened and at the same time answered my questions. He never oversold anything. He just made it easy to buy the car. I could tell that he had a lot of experience with people, and that, I think is the best kind of experience!
