The best experience I have had a car dealership I really dislike buying a new/used car. The reason is I don't like high pressured sales. Bob posted some vehicles online. Like most dealerships, I look at the cars online and get pressured in to something else. This was totally different, I actually bought the car that I looked at online. I told Bob what I had to put down, what I wanted for a payment, and the car that I looked at online. For the first time, I felt like I had more control and a say in what I was buying. I didn't walk away with a sinking feeling, I walked away feeling like I made the decision (which I did before heading in). I got exactly what I wanted. I feel like Bob was really there to help me, which I have never felt. I wish Bob sold more things besides cars! I would go to him for anything. I cannot say enough good things about my experience - but really especially about Bob. More

John Concetti, our long term and trusted service adviser as usual John quickly had the car ready by 8:33 AM with attention to details i.e. lubing the door hinges with white lube to reduce wear. I was on my way with the LOF. The Herb Connolly Chevrolet Dealership has a true family feeling. Over the years when I was on the road flying out Sunday night and returning Friday night John always help my wife care for our two cars in a way that made her safe and secure. John Concetti, our service adviser is the major reason for our dealership selection and continued patronage. John has been our service contact with at this dealership and has been were very helpful over the years. I always feel when I leave the dealership that the service was performed correctly and John paid personnel attention to every service detail. John is truly a credit to the Herb Connolly dealership.
