Above and beyond service. Arranged to picked up my car, up after routine service, on a Sunday afternoon from the Sales Department which was to only department open on Sunday. G Arranged to picked up my car, up after routine service, on a Sunday afternoon from the Sales Department which was to only department open on Sunday. Got in my car to leave and my emergency brake was stuck in the on position and I could not move the car. The salesman that I spoke to (sorry I forgot his name) told me that one of the mechanics was in the service garage working on his own truck in his free time, and that he would ask him if he had any ideas. TMALSS, the mechanic spent the better part of an hour freeing up my emergency brakes so that I could get on my way. Free of charge. He wouldn't take payment and refused a tip.
