The Dealership service person helped me to figure it out and am so grateful for the great job. it was splendid work and he really talked to me in a nice way and solved my problem. John Espinoza was so wonderful and great Sales man and I was very satisfied. another service employee was from the maintenance department who's the head, am sorry have forgotten his name, but he was great too. My Search Ended at this Dealership! Lou Bove was an Excellent Salesman, he always went out of his way to accommodate everything that needed to be done. I'd been searching for over 2 year Lou Bove was an Excellent Salesman, he always went out of his way to accommodate everything that needed to be done. I'd been searching for over 2 years for the Vehicle I wanted. Purchasing a Vehicle is a lot like "Love"...Once you see the Car you've been searching for...you know it immediately! I had searched all over New England, Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Mass. I found my "Baby" while browsing late night on the internet. Being from Maine and purchasing a Vehicle out of State can be a little intimidating because laws regarding 14 day plates and registration vary from State to State. Lou Bove handled this sale with ease, he arranged a transport to pick me up (3 hour drive) the day they delivered my Corvette!. Lou arranged for the Dealership to Register, pay the excise tax, pay the sales tax...all of this was done by the Dealership. They Registered The Corvette at my Local Town Office. Remember Maine had 14 day Temporary Plates...where in MA., The Vehicle purchased MUST BE registered prior to delivery... The Day of Delivery, while taking me to fill my Gas Tank, we both noticed a "Rubbing Sound" in the Front brakes...Lou had the service Department take it in Immediately, it was a simple fix...The "After Market" Corvette Red Brake Disc covers (Decor) were rubbing on the inside of the Vehicle Rims...Had this come off, it would have seized the tire and locked up...All 4 (Disc Covers) were removed! This would have been a disaster coming home on the Mass Pike at 70 MPH for sure! Thank you Lou! P.S. Updated 05/01/2019 Really Need To Update After reading a "disgruntled" Buyer " 500 Doc Fee". First and Foremost...The Corvette is everything I wanted and then some..."It;s a Beast!" Going to take some "Practice" with having 500 Ponies under my Foot! Below is a review "someone" Complained about a "Doc Fee" and that they (Dealership) never countered back with an offer....Obviously you have not done your research. Doc Fees are a Known Regular charge for any purchase on any car at ANY Dealership. It is the LAW! Plain and simple. What you also failed to mention was at what percentage was the vehicle you were looking at, what was it's worth At What percent was their price they were asking? Had you checked you would have known how much "Wiggle" room you or they had. Example...My Corvette was listed at 93% of the total Estimated Value (100%) if I had a trade in, it could have been more or less and they would have haggled BUT....No...I decided no Trade in I would buy the Corvette Outright....I was not going to take a loss on a Trade in...when I could buy the Corvette at 93% and be ahead of the game. If you are buying a car out of State....I highly recommend this dealership...they went out of their way, hired a driver, picked me up, drve me to The Dealership, registered my New Corvette, Paid the Taxes...and I didn't spend a dollar...and I paid 93% of its total value...so I drove out with 7% (over 3,000) ahead of the game....DO YOUR HOME WORK! More

No pressure but also no sale Went here looking at used cars. Found one I was interested in. I went inside with sales rep who got all my info and I made an offer on car. Waited a while for response (the typical waiting game like all dealers play). Salesman (Rod) comes back says, nope they declined your offer. AND no counter offer. He came back with the same price of the car and more add ons like tax, title, reg, etc except another $500 charge. When I questioned it he said thats a doc fee. He said thats for registering your car. I said well I'm not paying $500, I'll wait in line at the registry myself. Nope, everyone pays that and we do the registering.bla bla.bla. So at that point I made another offer that was $500 less than the price they were asking for the car to try and absorb the $500 doc fee. Absolutely NO. NO COUNTER OFFER OR NEGOTIATION WHATSOEVER. So needless to say I left. I didn't like the car so much to get raked over the hot coals. I later emailed the sales manager about my experience and NEVER GOT A REPLY. Nice way to do business. Well they didn't get my business. I'm just sorry I wasted my gas driving there from RI. More
