Stay away Don’t trust them. Was lied and deceived to twice during my purchase. Before leaving for a test drive in the car I ended up buying I noticed a chipped Don’t trust them. Before leaving for a test drive in the car I ended up buying I noticed a chipped windshield directly in the drivers line of sight and a small stain on the roof liner. I asked if the windshield would be replaced and the stain cleaned and John espinosa my salesman said he would get that taken care of. I hate haggling and didnt negotiate price in the car just what I wanted for my trade and purchased the vehicle. Two days later when I am scheduled to pick up the car I called to ensure the two issues had been resolved and was informed everything was done and they just needed to fill it with gas which would be done by the time I arrived. Upon arrival John asked for my keys to switch plates from my trade to my purchased car. John then came in to get all me out to the car so we could be on our way. Only then did I he tell me their glass guy had not been available the two prior days and I would have to return to ha e the chip filled. I told John this was not part of our agreement at which point he said the manager had left and he would need approval to replace the windshield and would call me in the morning. No call. After trying to get a hold of John the next day...to no avail, I got the used car manager who basically told me John lies we don’t replace windshield and he’ll talk to John to make sure it doesn’t happen again. All great but I still don’t have a new windshield. I then called back to speak to a GM or Connolly themselves. The GM informed me of their policy to repair chips not replace glass. When I informed him of their three day return policy only then Did he say he would look into and call me back. In the end the GM stepped up and had safelite replace the glass at no charge. Great car I bought but bad dealership practices. Stay away!! More

Very good. My vehicle was left at the service center to take care of a manufacturers recall, and was duly taken care of in less time than was communicated to me. My vehicle was left at the service center to take care of a manufacturers recall, and was duly taken care of in less time than was communicated to me. Also they did a Multi-Point Vehicle inspection for no charge. So it was a very satisfactory experience for me. More
