Bob was so helpful, when he went to transfer my plates from my trade-in to my new car, he noticed the car was missing a bracket to mount the plate to the rear door. He drove all the way to the Sudbury BMW dealership 15 minutes away to get the bracket to put on the car. He saved me a ton of hassle by doing that. I was able to drive home in my new car that day.
