Every member of the staff with whom I interacted was professional, knowedgeable and easy to talk with. All exhibited the spirit of customer service (for example, they got my car in a color preferable to that of the one which was was in stock) and customer care (all wore masks). I did purchase a 2020 Bolt Premier and would recommend this team to anyone interested in test-driving a Chevrolet vehicle to lease or purchase. More
I purchased a 2012 Subaru from Tony, He didn’t apply any pressure. I came looking one day and left to come back a few days later. Tony still had my paperwork on his desk, so I was able to get things going. Prior to that he answered all my questions and even let my mother and I take a look underneath the car in their garage. I noticed a issue with the muffler, he made sure that would be fixed and it was. Completely replaced with a brand new one. I’ve had my car for about a week now and it’s been great. Looking forward to coming back for my mom to get herself a new car. Plus the people and service here was great especially during these times. More
Worst service dept I have seen Gave me a $4500 quote to fix the drive shaft, told the extended warranty company there was no problem so they denied the claim, refused to take respon Gave me a $4500 quote to fix the drive shaft, told the extended warranty company there was no problem so they denied the claim, refused to take responsibility or diagnose the problem, then left the car in their parking lot with a dead battery at 9.5 volts. So not only could they not find the drive shaft bearing problem, they ignored the electrical problems. I would not wish this service department on my worst enemy. Also, staff did not wear masks or gloves nor did they have any concept of social distancing. More
