Our vehicle was dead. We weren't sure what was wrong and asked Justin if we could have it towed in and evaluated. But we were not able to do it imimediately, so he said just come whenever you get a chanc asked Justin if we could have it towed in and evaluated. I sent my car in for an oil change and to have it detailed,which I had a coupon for. I have always been satisfied with the service that I get at Herb Connolly,that's why I continue to do business th detailed,which I had a coupon for. When I picked up my car,I was told by the girl in customer service that they found a bad hub in the right front and that they fixed it.I was glad to hear that it was still under warranty, so it didn't cost me for that part and labor. The detailing job that was done made my car look like a new one and I was very happy with the job.The cost of the detailing and oil change was very reasonable too! Eduardo is one of the "good guys". As an auto sales person in a previous life, I know some of the ins and outs of buying a vehicle. I also know the slang and what the bottom line is. There are many ways to get there and not all pleasant. Eduardo and Brendan were both very professional, positive and just flat out fun to deal with. We traded our wants and wishes and I was more than happy with the deal I received. While at the dealership, I listened to the conversations going on around me. I'm happy to report that the right things were being said; there wasn't a lot of horse manure as sometimes happens. I've already recommended a friend to Herb Connelly for their new vehicle. I recently purchased a used 2006 GMC Envoy at Herb Connolly Chevrolet. I mainly dealt with Eduardo Peralta. Eduardo was both professional and friendly. On each of my visits, I had 3 or more of my y Connolly Chevrolet. I mainly dealt with Eduardo Peralta. Eduardo was both professional and friendly. On each of my visits, I had 3 or more of my young children with me. This did not phase Eduardo or any of the other staff at all. They have a great waiting area with books, magazines, tv, and snack machines along with plenty of comfortable seating, right in view of the showroom. I had seen the listing for the vehicle online, and a price was quoted in the listing. I was actually able to purchase the vehicle for a little less than the advertised price (which seemed fair to begin with). This is notable, because we had visited several other dealerships prior to going to Herb Connolly. At each of these dealerships, the price listed online was $2000-$3500 less than what they demanded once we got there! Each claimed that "all dealerships advertise like this". Evidently, that does not include Herb Connolly. They were true to their advertised price, and then some. I met the parts manager in addition to Eduardo. Unfortunately, his name escapes me. But he was just as courteous and professional, and if I didn't live so far away from Framingham, I would certainly feel comfortable having their service department work on my vehicle. There was one small broken interior trim part on the Envoy when we looked at it, and I was assured that it would be temporarily fixed before I took delivery, and that they would fix it correctly once a replacement part came in. Sure enough, as promised, the car was ready and the part fixed by the next day. Overall, I must say that my dealings with Herb Connolly Chevrolet were satisfying. The only thing keeping me from saying that it was a perfect experience was the financing department, which insisted that I atttempt to finance through one of their partners. I already had financing lined up through my credit union, and the application process added (the only) stress to an otherwise totally unstressful experience. I would definitely purchase another vehicle, either new or used, from Herb Connolly in the future. More

Every visit I go to Herb Connolly they are nice to deal with, they get my vehicle in quickly, diagnose the problem, give me a cost estimate, and a time frame for completion of the work. If the work is for any length of time they understand I still need access to a vehicle and give me a loaner vehicle for the time they work on mine. When cost has been an issue for repairs they have gone out of their way to help me find parts at a reasonable cost. I never feel as if they do repairs unnecessarily. I have had such great experiences with them that I recommended them to several people who are just as happy. I finally have found a dealer that I feel I get the best deal with. More

On my way to purchase a 2009 Honda Accord, my husband recommended that I stop at Herb Connolly Chevrolet to check out a new 2009 Malibu for a comparison. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and more than willing to please. I took the Malibu for a test drive and was very pleased. However, I still wanted to test drive the Accord, which I did later that day. There was no comparison, the Malibu has it all over the Accord from exterior design, interior comfort/quality, smoother/quiet ride, options and price. The Honda dealership staff couldn't compare to the staff at Herb Connolly in knowledge, professionalism, and their willingness to please their customers. Needless to say, I went back to Herb Connolly Chevrolet and purchased the Malibu and I couldn't be happier with the car and my car buying experience! More

Lou Bove was great to work with. He was friendly, knowledgable and timely with return calls. When we couldn't find the vehicle we were looking for and were ready to purchase another slightly differen knowledgable and timely with return calls. When we couldn't find the vehicle we were looking for and were ready to purchase another slightly different model (less desired color, not exact options we wanted) he told me he'd find what I was looking for and he did. We're now driving our new car and oculdn't be happier. Lou gave me the most detailed instruction I have ever had on a new car, explaining each device, etc when I picked up the vehicle. He was straightforward and easy to deal with, we shopped around but I decided that Lou was who I wanted to buy my car from, and Herb Connelly was where I ultimately wanted to service my car. A very positive experience overall. More
