This dealership is wonderful. I bought a car from them years ago and had a few problems with it. Each time I brought it in, they listened to me and showed that they cared. They worked time and time again until they figured out the problem. They also hand delivered my car to work for me once because it was the only way I could make it work. I have since gotten a new car and I bought it at another chevy dealer. I wasnt living in the area at the time. I have now moved back and will only bring my car to Herb Connolly in Framingham. Jay and Justin are wonderful and do everything they can to help the customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. They are the reason that I stayed with Chevy. More

Setting up an appointment that fit my schedule was not a problem. Waiting area was clean, comfortable and refreshemnts were inviting. Not only was my car serviced it was washed and vacumed! John did a great job with our Buick he had the service work completed and had the bumper repaired at their Body Shop. John let us use a loaner car because he needed our car over night. I recently bought a 2009 Malibu from Herb Connolly Chevrolet. My salesperson was Paul Santoro. This was the first new car that I have bought in 12 years, and I prepared for the "usual" pressure. Paul was a great salesman. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything about the car, and when I said that I wasn't ready to buy that minute, I got absoulutely no pressure. I went to another dealer, Imperial Chevrolet in Milford, two days later to check their inventory and prices, and it was so bad, I just wanted to escape. They didn't want me to leave without giving them a deposit, they raised the trade-in for my car three times, and kept telling me they really wanted to make the sale by the end of the month (good for them, but not necessarily for me). I went back to Herb Connolly the next day, and told Paul I wanted to make a deal with them, but I needed the price to be about $800 dollars less. He had a manager look at my car, and they lowered the price enough that I was satisfied. I next dealt with Douglas in financing who was very professional. When I picked up my car, Paul took me into the service area and someone there explained their service dept. to me. Paul then got in the car with me, and helped me set up my Onstar, and explained other things to me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. Paul and the other people involved made what I thought might be a tense and adverserial experience into a very pleasant one. More

Our vehicle was dead. We weren't sure what was wrong and asked Justin if we could have it towed in and evaluated. But we were not able to do it imimediately, so he said just come whenever you get a chanc asked Justin if we could have it towed in and evaluated. We got the van in, the service dept. deteermined that we needed a new battery and...it was covered under the warranty. Were we surprised?? Absolutely and we were very pleased.
