When writing up the service order, I was asked when I wanted the vehicle ready by...something I was surprised at as usually anywhere else it's "we'll call you when it's ready". I was also asked at that time if I needed a ride, which I did. That was helpful, as I was able to get to work rather quickly. The vehicle was done by midday and I was able to get it then without having to wait until after my workday. As usual, the staff at Herb Connolly that day (from the service staff to the cashier) were all very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I went to Herb Connolly because I was having trouble with the rear passage side door. The door was locked and I was unable to open the door from either the outside or the inside.
