The service department run by Justin Brown is the best I've ever experienced. I've dealt with 3 Chevrolet Dealerships since 1997 and they are by far the most experienced and pleasant. Jay Martin is the most caring and friendly service attendant I've dealt with. Everything on my truck is done completely and promptly. If Jay finds something I need on my truck, he calls right away to notify me. Kudos to the service mechanics as well for a quality job. The shuttle service is the best! Joe knows exactly who I am and where I need to go everytime. More

They never pressure me when I browse the new vehicles, looking for a car for my wife, they take the time to run off 5 or 6 different models and configurations, and never squeeze me to make a decision. I live in Milford, and I make a point of always, ALWAYS driving over to Framingham for service, because they always treat me right, every single time, whether I have an appointment or not. Great job!
