Since I bought my Silverado about 15 months ago I have been using Herb Connolly for service and Warranty work. All the people I interact with are pleasant, courteous and knowalgeble. My background when I was younger includes many years of building, upgrading and repairing cars and Trucks - professionally and later as a hobby. When I speak to your service people (they are not aware of this background) they explain in understandable clear detail what needs to be done. They ask pertinent questions to get at the root problem. I assume this is how they treat all of their customers. Keep up the good work CC More

Bought a 2005 Porsche Cayenne from Brendan recently. Gave me a loaner while they sent the car to a Porsche dealer to get it fixed. Family owned dealership is a big plus, highly recommend Mr Brendan Connolly, Mr Douglas Barcelos and Herb Connolly Chevy at Framingham. Still have 2 less serious problems need to be solved, will update in another review. More

I love cars-I just hate shopping for them. We all have horror stories about comin' on down for a great car at a great price, only to be , well let's just say disappointed. But I have to say, that my first trip to Herb Connelly will not be my last. John happened to be just getting ready to go home, when I walked in, just to look at a red Silverado I had spotted while driving by. He took the time to show it to me, and take me out for a spin. Later, we sat down and discussed the truck, its' price, etc. He pulled out the paperwork for the truck, and gave me an excellent price without all the usual crap (let me talk to my mgr., today only, etc...you know the drill). I told him I had to talk to my boss, and I would get back to him the next day. Much to my surprise, the next day John honored the deal without a moments hesitation, took a small deposit over the phone, and took care of everything. I came in a few days later (on his day off, no less), met with the finance guy, who got a rate better than my credit union, and I was off. Now, five months later, I love the truck. This is my first new Chevy in over 20 years, and I haven't had a single problem with it. More importantly, I cannot more highly recommend John Gould, and the others I met at Herb Connelly. On short notice , I requested an appointment for an oil change. They told me to come in the next day. I arrived at 9 am and was out the door at 9:30. The service I receive is always great, fast, and precise. I travel out of my way each time for all my oil changes due to the friendly way I am treated each time.
