John is very knowledgable about the vehicles, did "whatever it takes" to find me the exact car for which I experience I've ever had in buying a car. He is friendly and interacts with you as a "real person", instead of treating the customer as an object of stereotypical sales techniques. I never got a chance to tell anyone about my sales experience. Paul S (I think his last name started with S) was excellent ! He was never pushy but agressive just enough. My last visit on 6-5 was very positive, I did not feel I was being pressured to have the work done. I did have the ignition coil and plug wires replaced and I am very happy with my cars performance right n was being pressured to have the work done. I have purchased Buicks from Herb Connolly going back 20 years or so and have continued to service my cars (2) there for the past few years since they acquired Long Automotive which sold Buicks. They are very reliable, with the Service Department still headed up by Justin Brown,the same Service Manager employed by Connolly for 20 years+. John Cochetti and Jay in the Service Department are always available for assistance and respond quickly to my car servicing needs. The customer service shuttle service is also excellent and the drivers are very friendly. My wife and I have used this service a couple of times. Connolly Chevrolet takes care of my service needs timely,with reliability and with honesty when suggesting required services. Their pricing for services and parts also appear to be very competitive. I have also purchased tires from Connolly. If their service wasn't grest, I would be servicing my Buicks elsewhere not at a Chevy Dealer. More

This dealership, by far, is the best in my book. I buy new cars from them as does my wife. We bought two 2006 vehicles, one an SUV and one a PRISM. We have all our servicing done there as well. Jay Martin by far is a jewel as far as a service advisor and generally a nice guy who will take the few extra minutes to answer your questions and address your concerns. Being able to pay by credit card right there in the drive in area is a wonderful addition to their service portfolio. I will be looking for a new Equinox in the near future and Connolly Chevrolet will be my first and probably my only stop. More

He was well prepared at our first meeting, worked to get the price I requested and followed up on all deta responded promptly with multiple options.
