Mr. Wells was extremely supportive and thoughtful of my needs throughout the whole transaction of business. Not only was the process expedited for me by Mr. Wells (and the dealership loaned me substitute transportation until the transaction was completed), but the whole transaction was as smooth and hassle-free as it could possibly be. Our sales person this time George Wells was very personable, informative, and knowledgeable about the product and the sales process. We had decided on an Impala because of the reliable service we had experienced from our 2000 car. We informed ourselves of the available inventory in this regard and knew what we wanted before making our first visit. On our first visit we made a deal for the car we wanted. I started using the Herb Connolly dealership when it was Herb Connolly Buick on the advice of a friend about twenty years ago. I successively purchased two Buicks and was particularly pleased with the performance and service on both. It was everthing my friend had told me about and more. Therefore I was greatly dissapointed when the Buick dealership was transferred to another dealer which I tried on the occasion of a couple of a couple of emgencies to my great dissapointment. I returned to Connolly Chevrolet and have remained a satisfied customer to the present time. I have purchased two Impalas (2000 and 2005) and two Cavalliers (2002 and 2006)and have had all on my service done at Connolly Chevrolet including body work. I will probably be purchasing a Chevrolet hybrid in a year or so and and thru Barry Glimpsher whose style of salesmanship I particularly like (low key, but etemely competent and always friendly and helpful).
