Was having problems with my check engine light, remote start not working and a pulsation in the brakes. Justin took the car in right away and offered to have me driven to work. About an hour and a half later I recieved with new that a recent oil change at Valvoline was the cause of the check engine light and the remote start not working. Seams that the air box was not properly reinstalled when they checked the air filter. Troy fixed Vavolines screw up and resurfaced my brake rotors to eliminate the pulsation. Jay called me as soon as my car was ready explained everything that was done to my car. When I picked up my car I was very surprised to see that they even washed it for me. I would highly recommend the service crew at Herb Connolly's. More

Would I tell you that you should buy your next car at Herb Connolly Chevrolet? Yes! Without question! I had fallen on some hard times recently, and wasn't quite sure that I could get myself some more Herb Connolly Chevrolet? Yes! Without question! I had fallen on some hard times recently, and wasn't quite sure that I could get myself some more reliable transportation. Fact is, I wasn't sure that I would be approved. I went down and met with Rodrigo, who mind you is one of the Sales Managers, not a representative. I explained to him my situation, and he said he would see what he could do for me. I had applied for a car purchase auto loan at another dealership, only to be told there was nothing they could do for me. Rodrigo worked tirelessly for me, all while dealing with other customers and Sales reps who required his attention. It made me feel like I was important to the Dealership that Rodrigo, who was obviously quite busy wanted to take the time out of his day to make something happen for me. Within an hour Rodrigo had an approval from a bank. He told me the stipulations, and explained to me how the loan worked, and how it was all going to play out. The next morning I was down at the Dealership picking up my new car! Something that a mere 48 hours before seemed impossible to me, Rodrigo did without breaking a sweat. Give Herb Connolly a shot when you go to purchase your next vehicle. The time and efforts that they put can not have a dollar amount placed on them. They really went the extra mile to make sure that when I left there was no issues and I was happy with everything. I love my new car! I have bluetooth phone, XM radio, power options, and its a sporty 2 door coupe! Perfect for a young guy like myself.
