He is kind, calm and his patience far exceeds my own. he was supportive of me trying many different SUVs, but when I said I was ready to buy, he sat me down, got my numbers to what I wanted, and we had the bow on the front of my Acadia in three hours. And honestly, the three hours seemed like a half hour because Tony was so efficient and quick, he is amicable and a pleasure to sit with.
