However, John Goslow's approach could not be further from that. John is very nice, very knowledgeable, and puts you at ease. When I test drove the cruze, i knew it was the car for me. And when it was time to make the purchase, John and Joe Serpico in financing made it a very easy process. I was looking online for a certified used Trailblazer within my limited price range. A very nice looking 2007 caught my eye. I told my family it's local, lets have a look. My son and I made the short trip to Herb Connolly Chevrolet and were met at the door by the very amiable John Gould who showed us the car and we took a test drive. Pleased with what I saw we sat down to talk turkey. John has a pleasing easy going manner with no high pressure at all. We were able to come to terms in short order. Thru the efforts of John and his fellow associates Joe Serpico and Rodrigo Roa,I drove out in a beautiful, late model suv with a comprehensive certified care package. I have nothing but praise for the dealership and the quality of it's employees. I have no doubt I will return for my next purchase. More
Found a Trailblazer on line and went right down to the dealership to purchase. Met John, my salesman as soon as I entered the building. Told him what I was there for an he grabbed the keys and pulled th dealership to purchase. Met John, my salesman as soon as I entered the building. Met with finance and that was a great experience as well (whereas it is usually painful!!). Once that was completed, I met with Andrew, who went over all the paperwork, explaining everything! The whole process was quick and painless and I cannot wait to pick up my new SUV! I want to thank all those employees who assisted me. I would definately recommend Herb Connolly to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Outstanding and friendly staff! More

My family and I recently moved from Michigan and with us came our 2006 Chevy Trailblazer we had purchased as a GM Certified Used Vehicle from our local dealership in Michigan. Having had such a great exper came our 2006 Chevy Trailblazer we had purchased as a GM Certified Used Vehicle from our local dealership in Michigan. Having had such a great experience with our local dealership back in Michigan I was skeptical that we would find the same level of service anywhere else. In the following months after we moved we had a few minor warranty issues arise and, on the recommendation of my employer, we took the truck to Herb Connolly. Although the issues were minor, most of the repairs were handled quickly and efficiently. One repair required us to return when the part arrived and Jay was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Fast-forward to the week before Christmas and we were preparing to make our drive back to Michigan for the holidays when we had another problem arise with the truck. I dropped it off after-hours at the service department with a note expressing the urgency of getting the truck repaired and returned to us because we wanted to drive it instead of our Impala back to Michigan because of concerns over the weather. Early the next morning after dropping the truck off I got a call from Jay telling us that he had the truck in and already had a mechanic running diagnostics on it and he would call me as soon as he had the cause of the problem identified. Less than hour later I got the follow-up call from Jay with the diagnosis as well as an estimated time the repair would be completed. True to his word, the truck was ready when he said it would be and I was out of the dealership with 24 hours to drive to truck to ensure everything was working properly. We made our trip to Michigan and back without a problem and were very grateful for having the truck when we drive into the tail-end of the blizzard that hit on Sunday. Had it not been for Jay and the crew in the service department, the trip could have been much different! Herb Connolly Chevrolet will continue to get my business for as long as were are residents in this area! More
