Brought my car in for some recall work to my 2010 Malibu. I also had an oil change and tires rotated along with new wipers. I dropped off the car at 8am and got a ride home with the expectations that the car would be ready around the lunch area. I got picked up by the shuttle at 5:15 and the car was ready at 5:30pm. The car was nice and clean and all work was completed. This was a serious contrast from my last visit here where so many things went wrong and had items taken out of my car that upset me very much. I swore that I would not return but considering this is the closest Chevy dealer and I needed recall work, I figured that I would give it another shot but take out all of my valuables out of the car this time. I would bring my car back. I have also referred my family here and my dad bought a new dump truck and he was very satisfied with the sale as well. More

I went in to Herb Connolly knowing that I wanted an Equinox. Paul greeted me at the door and within 15 minutes was going out on a test drive with myself and my folks in what would soon be my new car. He was very informative and pleasant the whole time and slightly over an hour after arriving at the dealership, we were able to work out a deal that was satisfactory to everyone. Then he introduced Andrew who helped us through our financial paperwork. Andrew was also very amiable and helpful - he was quite willing to check the interest rate I would qualify for on my own, then with my mother as co-signer, and probably would have been ok if I had asked him to do it yet again with my father as co-signer. He explained all the features of the warranties and different options available for my new vehicle, and was even able to secure us a lower interest rate with extended warranty by the end of it! In total, I spent 4 1/2 hours at Herb Connolly (which seemed like a long time, but in actually was fairly expedient) and then drove away with my new Equinox. I would highly recommend this dealer and will be returning for all my maintenance and repair issues in the future. More

Lou is wonderful to work with. We purchased our Suburban from him a couple of years ago and would not have thought about going to any one else when I needed to replace my Honda with the new Chevy Cruze. We had a GREAT experience at Herb Connolly!!! Very impressed with the dealership. Herb Connolly has a "no pressure" atmosphere.
