I only had to negotiate with them a short time, because of their fair starting offer. Both were very courteous, and answered my many questions in a very professional way. They were not condescending at all. They didn't use hard ball tactics like other dealerships. I also was happy the way I was treated by the finance person. He went over everything he needed to, and was very respectful of my time. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership. I take delivery of my car in 2 days.
