Lou was very informative. I knew pretty much what I was looking for a traverse and Lou helped me find the color and all the Bells and whistles I wanted on it. After searching Autotrader for over a week I narrowed my search for a used Yukon XL to two dealerships, Herb Connolly and one considerably closer to my home with a vehicle that had 1300 less miles. After 3 visits to each dealer I decided to go with Herb Connolly partially because of the vehicle but mostly because of Lou Bove with whom I was dealing. He, unlike the other dealer I was dealing with, was not at all overbearing. Lou's knowledge and experience also helped me to decide between the two vehicles. Again he did this by answering my questions and not by trying to convince me why he, his dealership or his vehicle was better than the other. Once my wife and I had made our decision the sale went just as smoothly with Lou and the finance person we dealt with making the experience quick and painless. Again answering all questions. Lou also gave my wife and I a lengthy hands on tutorial to the vehicle's many features. The 2007 GMC Yukon was certified used but the dealership treated us as though we had purchased the highest priced vehicle on their lot. Lastly, any dealer can treat you well during a sale but you can truly judge a dealer on how they remedy any issues. Although our experience was near perfect , we did have one issue with an odor in the vehicle. Upon opening the vehicle on my first visit to the dealership, Lou Bove immediately stated this vehicle's rugs didn't fully dry after they were shampooed, hence the odor. He had the vehicle re-cleaned and an ionizer placed in it overnight. As a result the odor was gone on the day of purchase but unfortunately a week later, although very faint, it could again be detected. I sent an email to the dealership and in two days (best for my schedule) the Service Manager, Justin Brown, immediately remedied the situation by having all of the rugs removed and the padding below replaced. He even saved the piece of padding with the odor for me to observe. I am writing almost two weeks from that day and the odor is gone. My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the entire experience and will return to Herb Connolly for our next vehicle purchase even though it is about 75 miles from our home. This caliber of service is worth the hour and a half drive. More
I went to this dealership because our family has bought many cars and trucks from them. I went this time because my 2008 was totaled in an accident. the manager and two employees were very helpful in my purchase of a new Impala. I was shown many new models. I picked the model I did because it had a bench seat and not the console design. I liked the Malibu but it did not come with the bench seat. what I liked about the two employess mentioned is not high pressure tactics. when I bought my 2008 impala I went to another dealership and was appalled by the "pushiness and the tactics of a good deal diappearing if you did not make a deal immediately" so I guess i8t is a mutual admiration pact, i like them and they respect me. the service dept. is wonderful. Justin and his group are the greatest. More

My husband and I were thinking of MAYBE getting a new car. We had been driving a Toyota Avalon for the past 6 years and were happy with the Avalon but since our warrenty just ran out we thought maybe we car. Toyota sent us many incentives thru the mail and we visited them but after talking to them we kind of changed our minds about buying a new car. Then my son, who just purchased a truck from Connolly, said why don't you look at a Chevrolet? So we thought we would just go look - but after seeing the Malibu we loved it. The whole picture there was very friendly and warm. We will recommend it to our friends and family. My husband just returned from the gas station that we go to for gas and he showed our new car to the owner, he also is driving a 2007 Avalon, and he loved our Malibu. Hopefully he will visit Connolly's. More
My Saturday appoitment was greeted and assisted by technican who was most courteous, friendly and was on top of what my vehicle was being serviced, including the left radio speaker not working. I had requested the spring package deal for oil change, tire rotation and fluid check and wipers. All of the task were completed in timely manner and the speaker was replaced. As usual dealership kept me informed of progress and answered all of my questions. The service program the dealership uses is super as always know when it is time for required maintenance and checks. Highly recomend Connolly's Chevrolet as well run, customer orientated and caring dealership!! More
