We were in the market for a new vehicle and I did a lot of research on a couple vehicles. My wife called Herb Connolly Chevrolet in Framingham to schedule a test drive and spoke with Lou Bove. He didn't try to pressure or push anything and tried to find the vehicle we wanted by checking against other dealers inventory for the right color and so on. In the end I feel he got us the best price possible which I can't believe happened at a dealer. We were very pleased with Lou and his attention to detail. We were so pleased with Lou's professionalism and the overall experience with the dealership that we bought the 2012 Equinox LT2. The purchase, trade in, and financing went very smoothly. We will definitely consider Herb Connolly when it comes time to replace our other car. More

Purchase my used Envoy in March. At that time, among other problems, the DVD player did not work. We spent 5 hours in the dealership waiting while the service department tried to fix it. They said t other problems, the DVD player did not work. We spent 5 hours in the dealership waiting while the service department tried to fix it. They said they could not. The salesman told us that we could not get a new one (too expensive for the dealership)...but when another vehicle comes in with one, they will exchange it. It is now May....still no replacement DVD. When we left the dealership we noticed that the DVD player was making a whinning noise when you started the car. No problem, as soon as the replacement comes in the dealership would take care of it. This weekend the DVD player drained my battery and the car would not start. My husband took apart the DVD player to see why. Guess what???? There were TWO children's DVDs (from the previous owner) STUCK IN THE DVD PLAYER!!!! SO APPARENATELY THE DAY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT KEPT US WAITING FOR 5 HOURS...THEY NEVER EVEN TOOK THE THING APART!!!! I did send an email to Mr. Connelly expressing my displeasure. No surprise, he never responded. Would I reccommend this dealership....NO More

The classic games of the back and forth, and high pressure sales always makes one a little apprehensive. But I have to tell you, from start to finish at Herb Connolly, I encountered none of this. My sales person Ed Collins was first class all the way. I could tell he actually cared about what I wanted, and took the time to listen to what my needs were. He was able to suggest the perfect used vehicle for me, and I could not be happier with my 2009 Chevy Malibu. At no time did I feel pressured. Ed worked with general sales manager Brendon Connolly, to get the car I wanted while making it affordable, just exactley what Ed promised to do when I first sat down at his desk. The personal touch from sales person up to management in most places, is something that is lacking nowadays, BUT NOT AT HERB CONNOLLY. They made me feel comfortable, and at ease throughout the entire process. Everything that was promised was delivered upon. And Joe in the finance department, made the final paperwork so easy and smooth. Everything was explained, yet I was not pressured into anything, everything just made sense. If you are looking for a new or used car, these guys know exactley how to treat you, and know exactley what they are doing. NO SURPRISES!! If you need a car this is really the only place to go. More

What a great dealership! We walked in and already knew what we wanted to buy and had a price in mind (a quote from another dealership). With Ricardo's help, they were able to offer us a great price and mathched the other dealership. Unfortunately, they only had black, which was not a color my husband nor I liked, so we went back to the other dealership to make our purchase. In the future, we'd definitely buy a vehicle here though. Joe and Ricardo were amazing, low-pressure, and accomodating. Wonderful customer service and they even have a little TV area with donuts and drinks if you have to wait at all. Highly recommended! More
