Staff is not polite, nor knowledge in how to conduct themselves or fill out paper work correctly. We were made to feel horrible in getting proper paperwork to obtain veterans plates for our new vehicle themselves or fill out paper work correctly. We were made to feel horrible in getting proper paperwork to obtain veterans plates for our new vehicle and were told that we were being a problem by obtaining veterans plates we had to go to the dealership 3 times to get papers filled out and went to the RMV twice in one day at one point the supervisor from the RMV took our papers and tried to call the dealership for 15 mins trying correct the papers and get someone to help us and NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE Nor did they return the phone call from the RMV supervisor, we also lost a day work trying to get this accomplished, we were made to feel like it was our fault for wanting "special veterans plates" and " were asked why we were making a big deal out of veterans plates" We then canceled our purchase of the vehicle and was then told that they would not go out of there way to call the Finance company and cancel the finance paperwork. I have a 2011 Sonata SE that has 28K miles on it. I have no warning lights on, no check oil, check engine, not one warning light. My car started to feel funny, and make a ticking noise on Tuesday, and I cal no warning lights on, no check oil, check engine, not one warning light. My car started to feel funny, and make a ticking noise on Tuesday, and I called and immediately scheduled a service appointment for the following day at noon. I dropped the vehicle off, asked for an oil change while there, and left. I received a call from the gentleman, Wil, that was my advisor, telling me that there was less that 2 Qrts of oil in my car, the engine is 'sludged', and I need a new engine at the cost to me of $5,800. I have spoken to the service manager, the GM, corporate, and they will not honor the warranty on the vehicle. I would under no circumstances purchase another Hyundai, do business with Doug Connolly and Herb Connolly Motors, and am filing a complaint with the states attorney generals office. More
