I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Paul Santoro is not your everyday "sales representative". Paul takes the time to listen to the customer. He will do what every it takes to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle. It might mean an exrta test drive or a test drive of many cars you are interested in. Paul walks you through the sales process with ease so you are never wondering "what is next". After the sale, the dealership remains in contact with you take make sure you were satisfied with the transaction. Their service dept is also top notch as well. They are very detailed and they make sure you leave satisfied. The surveys they send to you are great as well. The are always looking to improve their service. While you are sitting waiting for your car to be serviced, you also see the sales representatives interact with their clients. I have been going there for the past 5 years and you always see the same sales staff. That right there tells about their sales staff and the low turnover they have in their sales and service departments. It's great to see an American company like Chevy bounce back and its great to see Herb Connolly be right there along with them. If you are looking for a new or leased car, I suggest making a stop at Herb Connolly Chevy. The experience you will witness is far from the pain that people perceive in buying a new car.
