How this dealership is still in business is beyond me. I had a trade in assessment completed on Cars.Com and it routed me to a response from Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Cars.com stated that the dealer would I had a trade in assessment completed on Cars.Com and it routed me to a response from Herb Connolly Chevrolet. Cars.com stated that the dealer would reach out. They didn't. For my own sanity check I went to the Herb Connolly Chevrolet website and completed the "Value your Trade" link which given the same specs and details got them to make an offer on the same exact vehicle for 5K less than from cars.com. So I would strongly recommend people shop around and make sure they aren't taken advantage of. More
