Made an appointment a month ahead, my car wasn’t even put on a lift for over 5 hours! A simple oil change took over 6 hours. They will try and say you have all this stuff wrong on your car even though noth on a lift for over 5 hours! A simple oil change took over 6 hours. I recently required one of my tires to be fixed because of a large defect created by one of the unprotected curbs at a construction site.
