Excellent customer service provided, as usual, by all the staff at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars Norwood, MA! Service Advisor Colin Ayers clearly explained all the car repairs to me & provided a written price est staff at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars Norwood, MA! Service Advisor Colin Ayers clearly explained all the car repairs to me & provided a written price estimate before any work was done so I knew what to expect, and he applied a discount coupon to help reduce my bill. Colin also arranged for a complimentary loaner car from Enterprise for me to use until my car was ready. Mechanic Eric Marschke did excellent work! Nice waiting area w/ comfortable furniture & tv, and complimentary snacks & beverages available for customers. Overall excellent experience! Thank you. More
