As has been said by others, let me add that Colin takes the time to explain the details of the work that needs to be performed in a simple easy to understand way and doesn't feel he is finished until all my questions are answered. When my car needed to be kept overnight he called me early in the day to tell me, didn't wait till the end of his day-and then next day called me to tell me my car was ready. I had no expectations when I called and spoke to a lovely woman named Jennifer on the phone. When I got there, she kindly offered me coffee or water and led me to Ron Scott, a salesman. He then listened very carefully to what I had to say and we went for a test drive, while he explained some of the superior aspects of the Volvo. While I loved the ride, I decided that I not want to buy one and was ready to leave. Ron then spent time looking for a used car that would have exactly what I needed at a price that I could afford. When he found one, we were both delighted and went for a test drive. He took his time with me and my questions, and patiently waited for my friend to come for another drive. He answered all of his questions with honesty and politeness and I am delighted to say that I took possession of it yesterday. I ordered individualized wheels for my XC60, Patti together with Scott and Matthew made that possible, I can tell they put efforts to satisfy customers' needs, because changing wheels obviously is troublesome, they need to re-calibrate my car to insure everything goes well.
