Bought right on the Spot, thank you Patty!!! So I have bought many vehicles over the years, over 30 to be exact. I love vehicles and have since I was a kid. So I have dealt with many dealerships and many sales consultants. Some very good and some very bad. Usually you only hear things if it’s bad, at least that what it seems like our society does. I wanted to share my experience that I had with everyone regarding my visit to Herb Chambers Volvo. And my Sales Consultant Patty. Let's get one thing straight I plan months ahead before I ever buy a vehicle. I usually buy used and know exactly where the market is and what I can find. I go look at my top 4 vehicles and once I have seen them I make my decision. However, this time was very different experience from other times. I came into the dealership to see a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had a very good price on it. I met with Patty Young who is by far one of the best Sales Consultants I’ve ever dealt with. She was respectful, knowledgeable, and knows how to deal with customers. She tells you the truth with no sugar coating which is a rare talent. I explained to her I was trying to get out of a lease early on a car I would be racking up crazy miles. Not only did I get a great price on the jeep. They bought out my lease and gave me a deal I couldn’t pass up. I was so impressed I bought the car on the spot! I’m going to be picking up the Jeep in a couple days and I’m very excited. Howard has a straight forward, honest approach that made me feel comfortable. I made three visits to the dealership before buying my car. I felt I found a salesman I could trust so I kept going back to Norwood instead of looking elsewhere. Howard effectively explained all the features regarding the specific year and model of car I was looking for, answered the myriad of questions I had, and kept me informed of what was available. Ask for Howard. Best experience you could possibly hope for! I was lucky enough to get Howard Meyerson on the phone when I called about a certified pre-owned V60 AWD. This particular car is very hard to snatch I was lucky enough to get Howard Meyerson on the phone when I called about a certified pre-owned V60 AWD. This particular car is very hard to snatch up, they sell almost immediately when they present on the lot. We live in NY, on the North Fork of Long Island, and had to widen our search to New England to find what we were looking for. It took MONTHS, but we finally found the car we wanted at Herb Chambers Volvo in Norwood, MA. After a series of thoroughly answered questions, photos graciously sent by Howard from his personal cell phone, text messages, emails, etc., we felt comfortable enough to move forward to purchase the car sight unseen. We had financing in place, but Howard helped us beat the terms. Knowing that we have an infant son, he arranged to have the car registered in NY from MA, put the plates on the car, and DROVE THE CAR TO CONNECTICUT, so we could meet half way for the drop off. It was above and beyond... every car we buy from now on will be from Howard. He's as honest as the day is long, and I can't believe we had the good fortune of having him answer our inquiry. This gentleman is such an asset, he gets my full endorsement. More

No help! I had found a car for my furniture son-n-law . He drove there over hour and ended up buying a car. Month later he still did not get payment book. So I tried no help got GM Peter H emaIl . I sent him a email and then he called me . Told him what happen. Said if u don’t rec it call back. Didn’t rec payment book and left him voicemail and email and GM would not return calls or email. Went to my herbs Cadillac dealer in lynnfield and they got banks number and was able to get information and had to do payment over the phone because it was late. They get u to buy the car then after that they want nothing to do with you! More
