The sales person - Jason was the worst sales person I’ve ever had in my experience buying cars. No follow through and poor communication skills. He was also not very familiar with the car features. I’ve bought many cars at other Herb Chambers locations and had excellent experiences. Even the sales manager was terrible. After waiting at home for 2 days for the car to be delivered, I finally received it on the 3rd day. The sales manager offered me a Volvo hat for giving up 2 days of my time. What an insulting action. I would never go back. More

Made an appointment a month ahead, my car wasn’t even put on a lift for over 5 hours! A simple oil change took over 6 hours.
