We received an immediate response from Rebecca to schedule a time to come in and were helped by many members of the Herb Chambers team. We worked with Avrum Mayman and Yatin Kamble to get everything in order and could not have felt more comfortable throughout the whole process. We had been to a few other dealerships who put a lot of pressure on us to buy something that day but not at Herb Chambers, we felt very comfortable and Avrum took the time to help explain everything. He was very patient with all of our questions and helped us navigate the process with class, professionalism and ease. Yatin also helped us with finalizing all of the financing, insurance and warranty aspects of purchasing a new car. They really took the stress out of everything and I would highly recommend working with their team! I went back to pick up the car and Avrum was there to greet me and had the car ready with a full tank of gas, a fresh wash and waxed tires. From the second I stepped into the door until the moment I picked up my brand new 2020 XC60 I was blown away but the experience. When arriving I was greeted by Avrum Mayman and Amanda DelSesto who made me feel relaxed and truly understood, each detail and ask I was looking for they were able to incorporate into our family's dream SUV. In the past so many times I've had anxiety entering a dealership and have felt under pressure and overwhelmed by the experience that I truly hated it, but at Volvo of Norwood instead I had a seamless buying adventure. Even when entering the financial aspect I felt taken care of and as if they were already family. Kevin Barry sat with my husband and I and went into all the details to make sure that we were well protected in the package we selected as well as well covered in the vehicle for the future of our ownership. When we had to wait for details to be worked on, we had a wonderful, clean, spotless living room area that accommodated my two young children and my husband. There was ample space, snacks, coffee, and tea. Dealer went above and beyond This past weekend had a tire blowout on Rte 95. Called Volvo Roadside assistance, after a while got a text that they where having a problem getting a This past weekend had a tire blowout on Rte 95. Called Volvo Roadside assistance, after a while got a text that they where having a problem getting a tow truck too me. I called back and explained that my wife has Alzheimer and any help would be appreciated. Young man put me on hold and said he was going to call dispatch. Came back on the line told me he found a tow company and would be their in45 min. I then called Volvo of Norwood, I asked if I could get a loaner for the day or least a ride home. I also explained to them my situation. Sales Manager Mike got on the phone, said they don't have loaner on the weekend, but he called the general Manager and we would have a car ready. When I arrived in the tow truck, Mike was waiting at the door, also Joy the recepionist was with him. With Nancy whom I met when I purchased the after market product, they immediatly jump in to help my wife. Help her go to the rest room and stayed with her while I did the paper work. This was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. You have a customer for life, took a awful situation and turned it into one I will trully remember for ever. I wanted it but only if it met my needs, she worked with me over the course of a few weeks to get me the right price and a warranty I was comfortable with. She listened to my concerns and helped me get into a new car that I was really excited about.
