Arrived just prior to my apt and was taken right on time if not earlier. Techs and service customer coordinators were friendly. Service was done in a short amount of time and car was vacuumed and washed (so if not earlier. Techs and service customer coordinators were friendly. Though I leased my car through Norwood there are Volvo dealerships closer to my house I could be going to - but based on my experience so far with the service team and Peter I will continue to go to HC Norwood Volvo.
