I Cannot be more pleased with Volvo Cars Norwood. I Was fortunate enough to be in touch with Andrew Pritchard” I think he’s one of the managers”... he really went out of the way to make the deal happen. I ended up trading in my previous XC90 for a "new" CPO 2019 XC90, with low miles. Felt that I was given a fair trade in value for my previous unit and was offered a reasonable / acceptable deal for the new one. Andrew really made sure that I was completely satisfied. When looking for my next Volvo, it will be a no brainer to once again give my business to Volvo Cars Norwood and specifically use Andrew’s expertise... he rocks! More
Dealership is usually excellent but is currently undergoing a crisis in management of repair/shop ops! Too few techs. Poor scheduling of customer vehicles. Service writers take in business but shop can’t produce results. Service writers don’t keep customer appraised of problems and customer forced to take back car w/o repair even started. Dealership should be ASHAMED of damage to reputation! Volvo NE also appears to share blame! Forcing dealer to strip techs out of shop to get electric vehicle training! More

My experience was so bad that I honestly think I will never buy a car from a herb chambers dealership. I had two recalls on my car that were done on the day I dropped it off. I mentioned a concern I had never buy a car from a herb chambers dealership. I had two recalls on my car that were done on the day I dropped it off. I mentioned a concern I had and by the end of day Monday I was told it was struts. On Tuesday I called and it was confirmed it was the struts, I gave the go ahead to replace all parts, and luckily they had all the parts. I called on Wednesday and was told it may not be finished by the end of day. I called on Thursday…. My car hadn’t even been started to be worked on! I asked why and was told that people who wait for their cars worked on first. (I had requested a loan car but was told I couldn’t have one til May, do we know how big Herb Chambers is?) So I arranged for my husband to pick me up when I dropped the car off. I questioned why a car bought in on Thursday was given priority over my car which I bought in on Monday, I didn’t get an answer. Ultimately I said I was picking up my car and taking it to a local mechanic, they didn’t care. So I picked it up not repaired and have booked in in with Pros Car Care in Mansfield who are amazing! And what bugs me the most is that no one cares, and the company is so big they don’t have to care that I had to vehicle for 4 days and I still have to have the repairs done. Lastly I made all the phone calls, no one called me unless they were returning a message from me. More
