It takes three weeks to get an appointment that the promise a loaner car, which was not available. I called the manager who said this is why he was brought on. He was able to move my appointment up a week. Peter who we dealt with was great. I just wish a company that promised something would follow through on. First time I visited this dealership, my purpose was to see the XC90. Vadim was assigned to take care of me. He gave me enough information to schedule another visit with my wife. During the second visit, V see the XC90. Vadim was assigned to take care of me. He gave me enough information to schedule another visit with my wife. During the second visit, Vadim ran through the features of the pre-owned XC90 before we were able to test drive it. With Vadim's help we were able to decide that we are going to go ahead and purchase the XC90. He took care of arranging with the different departments within the dealership to prepare the pick up of the vehicle as early as possible. Great Sales staff on the dealership. More

We have done business with Herb Chambers Volvo for many years however our last experience was not positive. When I called to make a service appointment, I told them what I wanted done- it was work that the years however our last experience was not positive. When I called to make a service appointment, I told them what I wanted done- it was work that they had identified on a previous visit and that I had been getting reminders about. When I arrived, the part had not been ordered and so I had to schedule another appointment for the following week. I have no complaints about the help I received from the service agent but there should be a system that ensures when an appointment is made for specific work, that they parts that are needed are in stock. The loaner car that I used was not clean on the inside which was disappointing. I had asked to get a quote on the car in anticipation of selling it. The used car manager treated me very poorly. I don’t believe he looked very carefully at the car because he didn’t notice the new tires. He hadn’t looked up our service record to see that we have always had all of the service done at the dealership and everything was up to date. It was very disappointing to be treated so poorly when we have been long term customers- we worked with Dalzell Volvo before Herb Chambers took over the dealership. More
