I Drove up and down the Auto mile last weekend, and went into many high-end auto dealerships. Most were reticent to help once I told them that I wasn’t sure and trying to determine which vehicle I wa went into many high-end auto dealerships. That changed when I went into Volvo Of Norwood, and was pleasantly greeted by Patti Young , a salesperson, who was friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and consideration,. Patti answered all questions I asked about the various models . Patti seemed extremely knowledgeable about all model Volvos. I will most certainly go back there when I am ready to purchase a new car as I learned a lot, like Volvos, and sincerely appreciate the time Patti spent with me even though I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. This is the way to sell a car- I had not seriously considered Volvo, but now, it is on the top of my list! I would recommend Patti and the dealership if you are looking for a professional experience. The service department is awful. If you need a courtesy car be prepared to wait atleast a month. My car was covered in sand and smelled like vomit. I decided to get it detail at the dealer so I could have the 80k mile service done at the same time. I also mentioned an ac leak. When I checked in they said my car would be ready until the next day. Fine not ideal but fine. I get a text a 3:30 on Friday not a call but a text. I guess nobody calls anymore. I called to find out they wouldn’t be able to detail my car until Monday. Unacceptable this is my only car and it is the weekend before school starts. They had my car all day Thursday and never even looked at it, but seriously I made an appointment.They sprayed it with some blueberry air freshener now it smells like blueberry vomit which is better I guess. I would go to technical school and open my own garage before I ever return here. I gave two stars because I returned with a coupon I forgot and they refunded me $75 More
