Have never been treated better, after 40 years of buying cars. The salesperson who helped me, Jacinto Batista was terrific. He allowed me to take the car for a test drive on my own and when the car was de cars. The salesperson who helped me, Jacinto Batista was terrific. He allowed me to take the car for a test drive on my own and when the car was delivered to me I got a full tank of gas. Both of these actions, while small, are not insignificant because they show the level of detail and commitment they have to the customer. Everyone I dealt with, from the person at the desk who welcomed me to the Finance manager (I don’t remember her name unfortunately) were polite, personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Volvo of Norwood. More
