After we ruled out 2023 models because of the prices, she patiently showed us several pre-owned vehicles until we found the ideal car for us… a 2020 Volvo XC40 Sport SUV with only 8100 miles. We settled on a fair price and then the real fun began. Not only did Patti handle all the paperwork quickly and accurately, but, more important, she showed amazing knowledge of the technical features of the XC40 and took a great deal of her time explaining them to us both before and after we picked up the car… everything from driving it safely to navigating the many available options on the display screen. Of course, we’re still learning but we drove away from Herb Chambers Volvo with complete trust in the car and in Patti herself, who assured us that she was just a phone call away if we had any questions.
