I had a good experience at this dealership where I bought a 2020 Lexus. The sales person was Antonio Chahine, and he was super friendly at all times. When we discovered the owner's manual was missing at ti a 2020 Lexus. The sales person was Antonio Chahine, and he was super friendly at all times. When we discovered the owner's manual was missing at time of sale, Tony promised he would get a new one right away, and he even volunteered to deliver it to my house.
