I Drove up and down the Auto mile last weekend, and went into many high-end auto dealerships. Most were reticent to help once I told them that I wasn’t sure and trying to determine which vehicle I wa went into many high-end auto dealerships. Most were reticent to help once I told them that I wasn’t sure and trying to determine which vehicle I wanted to purchase. That changed when I went into Volvo Of Norwood, and was pleasantly greeted by Patti Young , a salesperson, who was friendly and treated me with the utmost respect and consideration,. Patti answered all questions I asked about the various models . Patti seemed extremely knowledgeable about all model Volvos. I will most certainly go back there when I am ready to purchase a new car as I learned a lot, like Volvos, and sincerely appreciate the time Patti spent with me even though I wasn’t quite ready to purchase. This is the way to sell a car- I had not seriously considered Volvo, but now, it is on the top of my list! I would recommend Patti and the dealership if you are looking for a professional experience.
