We settled on a fair price and then the real fun began. Not only did Patti handle all the paperwork quickly and accurately, but, more important, she showed amazing knowledge of the technical features of the XC40 and took a great deal of her time explaining them to us both before and after we picked up the car… everything from driving it safely to navigating the many available options on the display screen.
