The dealer was fair in both regards when compared to 3rd party reviews and the car I looked at was exactly as represented. The finance department got me in under budget and the sales rep Vadym Chekhovych was knowledgeable, candid and willing to go back and forth to create a beneficial deal for all of us, 5 stars for him but he was not listed in sales department option to note his work.. The manager even took time to come over and say thanks for the business which to me reflects a value of both his work and the customer. Volvo Norwood is probably the most unorganized dealership I've ever stepped into in my whole life. I made an appointment to buy a car here. They said that I need to come here for them to check my credit scor I've ever stepped into in my whole life. I made an appointment to buy a car here. They said that I need to come here for them to check my credit score. I came here after making an appointment and the person who checks the credit score in the financial department was not here because she already went home. Why did they make an appointment for me to come here when there was no one working in the department? lol. Pattie the sales person came out and brought me to her room. She looked at me and said which car I was interested in. I told her that I've already told the dealership yesterday about the specific vehicle (including Vin number and Stock number) but she had no idea and said that she will check if the vehicle is still here. And after a few minutes, she comes back and said that there is another couple (pointing out the couple who were talking to another dealer) who is interested in the same vehicle. I said I want to take a look at it and she goes, "oh I don't know if this vehicle is charged at all." and she brings the vehicle outside and let me check it. She then says, "I have another customer right now so why don't you test drive and come back." I came back a few minutes later and of course Pattie is busy talking to another customer. Why did she take us from the beginning if she had another customer coming in and won't have any time to take care of my visit here? Maybe this is how she won all her prizes. You all know that any car dealer needs to be a bit aggressive to survive the heavy competition. Well, I understand the circumstances, but no thank you for such a poor, ignorant service. More
