I bought my Volvo at another dealership (Natick/Framingham area, near where I live). This is where I used to take my car for service. My sales rep and service dept were nice, but some of th (Natick/Framingham area, near where I live). This is where I used to take my car for service. My sales rep and service dept were nice, but some of the back-office and management there are so unresponsive that I would rather do business elsewhere. I went with a family member to Herb Chambers Volvo Cars Norwood to buys his Volvo I was pleasantly surprised by the service and responsiveness throughout the whole process - including when he had to service his car. I now drive out of my way to have my Volvo serviced at Herb Chambers Volvo Cars Norwood. Great service! More
