Sold me a used car. Took four weeks to get an inspection and fix the bumpers. Finally picked up the car on a Saturday. Mechanic looked at on the following Monday. Crac Took four weeks to get an inspection and fix the bumpers. Finally picked up the car on a Saturday. Mechanic looked at on the following Monday. Cracked catalytic converter and leaking fluid. The dealership wouldn’t fix it. Lemon law kicks in and got my money back however it’s still on their lot with the same price. Not sure how the inspection sticker got on there in the first place. Gave us a story that due to no engine light on the inspection went through however when my mechanic had it on the lift it took him 30 seconds to see the MAJOR problem. WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERB CHAMBERS EVER! NO TRUST! Nothing but a huge pain, lots of my time and the worst experience for my child since this was their first purchase. Nightmare experience. Tried to sell me another one too lol which is not easy to unwind loans and insurance as well as registration. Gross experience. Want a used car go to a used car dealership that knows what they are doing. Don’t waste your time here. More

I have purchased both a Lexus and a Volvo through Chambers dealerships. The difference in service between the two is night and day. Putting aside the physical differences at each, which are understan Chambers dealerships. The difference in service between the two is night and day. Putting aside the physical differences at each, which are understandable due to product cost and square footage, the Lexus experience is far above that of Volvo. At Lexus you’re greeted warmly and told “I can help you” by every employee. Employees seem proud and content. Volvo is the opposite. On a recent visit, I felt as if I was a nuisance and that I was interrupting them during a super busy day when I was actually the only customer there in person. It may well have been busy behind the scenes but I was very surprised by the lack of greeting and general disinterest in my being there. I’m not inclined to buy here again - not because of the product or the sales person - but based on the post sale experience. More

My service advisor was Paul Dixon and I must say he was very professional, knowledgeable and showed care about our vehicle issue. It was diagnosed in a very good time and now it will be fixed when the part very professional, knowledgeable and showed care about our vehicle issue.
