I called this morning to see if I could bring my car in to get an estimate to fix my passenger side mirror that I hit backing out of my garage. I was told the earliest appointment was the 3rd week of March to get an estimate to fix my passenger side mirror that I hit backing out of my garage. I was told the earliest appointment was the 3rd week of March. I simply initially need an estimate and I find waiting 6 weeks is unacceptable. I have taken my car in for service to this dealership since I purchased the car. I work out of town and scheduling to bring my car in is difficult for me. I asked about a cancellation list and was told there was none. I would have to call daily to check. The person on the phone was so dismissive and not interested in helping me. This is not the type of service I expect. More
