Disappointed responded

You had four weeks to get the car in order. Your dealership sent it out because I was told your service center didn’t have time or enough people employed to fix the bumpers. The car itself was on a lift at least four times. How do I know this?? The bumpers were replaced (front and back), fluids replaced at your site, filters replaced on a different day at your site and inspection sticker done at your facility. On a lift FOUR times and no one noticed the catalytic converter leak and large crack?? Seems suspicious to me. Even more suspicious that the next day after I got my money back, after I was told the car was a loss, you had it back on your lot selling it at the same price. After everything I went through the proper thing would have been to fix it for us and not resell the car (whether you fixed it or not for the new buyer..it was the same price tag…so your facility obviously didn’t care about us. I really have no words for you other than to say TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…to make us go through all that unwinding. Shady place!
