Fortunately the waiting area was as comfortable as possible because I didn't expect to have to wait as long as I did even though I was told in advance that the wait could be as long as 1 1/2 hours, ultimately 2 hours 20 minutes. I was told that in the future Mondays are the busiest days of the week. I will keep that advice in mind for the next service visit. John More
