The technicians at this location neglected to put in clips on the calipers when installing the brakes/rotors of the vehicle I brought in for service. Luckily, Pep Boys was able to quickly identify this clips on the calipers when installing the brakes/rotors of the vehicle I brought in for service. Luckily, Pep Boys was able to quickly identify this problem and installed this for me. I brought the vehicle back in for service in order to verify that there were no secondary issues with brakes/rotors, since the vehicle had been driven for over 20 miles. Instead of demonstrating concern and apologizing for their negligence, I was confronted with skepticism and annoyance. The only time I received an apology was after sending a text to the service director requesting that he verify that the technician did in fact verify that there were no secondary issues with the brakes/rotors. As I explained to the director at that time, though it was concerning that this mistake was made, what was more horrific was the nonchalant attitude that individuals exhibited on this day. This was a very disappointing experience and definitely felt the need to write a review about it. More
