Inspite buying 2020 new Highlander highbreed I am having hard time maintaining this car. I The car hase been in garage for the most of for five months in seevice and no one can figure out what part of the e hard time maintaining this car. Long wait times even with appointments, and they always try to upsell you. I also went in for a service inspection sticker recently and they forgot to give me the new sticker when I left, then made me go b try to upsell you. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A SINGLE FEMALE!! Drive out of the city to a different Toyota if at all possible. If I could give a zero star I would. I had to take my car to the dealership based on the type of issue I was having. They fixed it, but charged an insane price. Two weeks later the car was having the same problem. I took it back in under warranty and the manager said they would check it out and if it was the same issue they would cover it. They called me back and said they found 5 new issues that they had not mentioned two weeks earlier when they had done a “comprehensive check”. Now they tell me I need all my brake pads replaced and a speed monitor. All of which has not even been mentioned two weeks earlier. Obviously they would not cover these repairs, which is expected as it is a different issue, but then charged me $200 for a “courtesy comprehensive check”. The manager was incredibly disrespectful and dishonest at every turn. Also, being female, I always expect it to be hard walking into anything with my car but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. More
