I called ahead to let the dealer know I would have to be late for my service appointment. They informed me I could not keep my appointment because a simple oil change takes an entire hour and a half — and t late for my service appointment. According to Toyota’s service manual these services do not need to be done until 120,000 miles minimum. That’s why I hate taking my auto to a dealer. They are always trying to sell you what you need.Unfortunately I have an extended warranty so I need to make sure I keep the services up to date.The reason why I did not give this rating a one star is the new service rep I felt with when I picked up my car heard my complaint and adjusted the bill.
